Every once a week i have no internet for 2 days together and their support says the same thing over and over again. "we will rectify your problem in 2 hours". Airtel apparently is kick ass. If you have it in your area, go for it! BSNL and tata-indicom suck like anything. BSNL still calls me once in a while to ask me if my internet is working. It's been 20 days since i disconnected BSNL.
